Sioux Falls Seminary is LEED Certified

Sioux Falls Seminary is in a brand spankin new building and it is LEED Certified! They were very excited to get this certification and it sounds like it was a lot of hard work. From the floor to ceiling there were things they could do become more green. To them goes....a few bike racks. Thank You for giving mother earth a hug.

Moving In Gift

Sioux Falls own Great Outdoor Store has a new bike rack out front. Now you can ride in style and park in style and then shop all the styles. Great Outdoor Store has relocated to the old After Five building on the corner of 10th and 1st. If you haven't had a chance to check it out be sure to pedal down there and take a peak. They did an AMAZING job finishing this building. Now they have even more room for clothing, camping gear, shoes, climbing gear and who knows what else you will find down there.

Cannondale at Eurobike

In the US we have Interbike. In Europe they have EUROBIKE. VeloNews was pretty excited to see the Cannondales. They have lots of very cool bikes. I wish we could stock full size runs in every model. That would be a lot of bikes. Check the article out here.

Sioux Falls Greenival

The Sioux Falls Greenival runs today from 10 am till 2 pm. We are there hosting the bike valet. The Greenival is an event for "Green" businesses to be showcased. Not just anyone can be there. You have to prove yourself as green. Spoke-N-Sport is getting more and more green as the time goes by. We now recycle all tires and tubes. We recycle all paper products and cardboard. We also recycle cans and bottles. We are even recycling bikes and bike parts through the Center of Hope. We are hoping to find someone that can take our scrap metal too. Know anyone?
